StudTeQ version 1.1 is now released and contains a lot of improvements and new functionality.
In version 1.1 focus have primarily been on improving SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and new functionality to handle service records at the stud farm.

Service records
Service record gives the stud farm owner the opportunity, in an easy and uniform way to log events for each service agreement.
The service journal is added and all master data is entered. Facts include customer, stallion, name and ID of mare, date of arrival, veterinarian, arrival date, the agreed price etc.
Now the customers can log into the site and see master data for the agreement.
When there are comments from the stud or the veterinarian, records are created to the service journal. An email is automatically generated and send to the customer. The information is also available from the customer login.
Customer can thus follow the status of the service, without needing to call stud farm.

Search engine optimization (SEO)
StudTeQ version 1.1 contains a number of improvements that are important for the stud farm page rank of particular Google. It is now even possible to add title, alias and metadata on each horse.

Categories
It is now possible to create categories that are primarily used for building menus. Previously it was only possible to create menus based on the horse's type (Stallion, mare, foal etc). This proved not to be sufficiently flexible and it is now possible to assign each horse for both a type and a category.
